4. Data Storage
Your information is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption. Form submissions are retained for business correspondence purposes and are only accessible by DevServices.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party tools that may process your data:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- EmailJS — transactional email delivery
- Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth
- WhatsApp — direct messaging and support
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

By using DevServices' website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services Provided
DevServices offers website design and development, landing page creation, eCommerce store setup, digital marketing strategy, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon per project before work begins.
3. Payment
- Payment is required before project work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
- All prices are listed in USD
- Promo codes must be applied at the time of your quote request and cannot be applied retroactively
- Promo codes are one-time use per email address
4. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as discussed during the quote process. Requests that fall outside the original agreed scope may incur additional charges. We will always communicate any additional costs before proceeding.
5. Turnaround Time
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, slow feedback) are not the responsibility of DevServices.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate business information and timely feedback
- Supplying any content (text, images, logos) needed for the project
- Ensuring you have the legal right to use any materials you provide
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code and design created specifically for their project. DevServices retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio (unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place).
8. Limitation of Liability
DevServices is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If DevServices terminates without cause, a pro-rated refund will be issued for incomplete work. If the client terminates, any work completed to that point is billable at the agreed rate.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.
